    • If the club is named 1st, you must score utilising the ipad. Ensure team selection is finalised and any borrowed players are added.

    • If the club is named 2nd, you must stand with the opposition scorer using the handheld devise update scoreboard, ensuring team selection is completed on the iPad.

The Team Manager will hand out a scoring roster at the beginning of each season with the dates you will need to score.

If you are unavailable to score on your scheduled day, please arrange a swap with another family and let the Team Manager or Coach know.

If you have any questions about scoring and your role on the day, ensure you ask the Team Manager, Coach or a Committee member.

  • If you are unavailable for any reason you must notify your coach as soon as possible to assist them with team setups.

The club also needs time to find fill-ins if teams will be short.

Decisions to postpone or cancel matches due to heavy rain or unsafe conditions are made by the competition supervisor, prioritising the safety of all participants.

  • If the forecast temperature on a training day is 35°C or above, training will be cancelled in the interest of player safety. Final decisions regarding training in extreme weather, including high temperatures or heavy rain, are made at the coach’s discretion on the day.
